So today I just receive a request for Advice about someone who meet this guy thru her sister. Everything was great and they even moved in together and had a child. Later on she found out that he cheated on her with a co- worker. She did leave him and then she started to see her Daughters god father. And she loves being with him and she felt in love with him. She asking me if this is ok?

Well this can get very complicated. The reason I say this is because he is your daughter god father and if for any reason if things don’t work out. It might make you or him very uncomfortable to see each other. So it really depends on you and him. I would make sure that you have a conversation with him and you both come to a understanding if things don’t work out that you to will still remains friends for the sake of your daughter so she can still have her god father in her life. If you both can agree on this and stick to the agreement. Then I would say this is ok. If you can’t then I would not date him anymore. Just because you would not want to cut your daughter god father out of her life.

So I have been doing then online dating thing and have seen some really mixed results while doing it. Well, I finally found someone who seemed relaxed enough to go ahead and try a first date out with. We had a lot in common, were both really easy going, and each have children. So, we decide to meet up at a local microbrewery that was half way between us both as our first date. Well, I arrive on time, and have a little trouble finding him. I text him and ask him where he is….well, he had already taken a table. I am the type that no matter who it is you are meeting-friend or BF you wait till the person gets there to choose a table and order. So, already he has kind of gotten off on the wrong foot for me. But I tell myself, ok, some people don’t think like you do, lets just see if we can still at least have a good conversation. So I go over and he stands up to greet me, good sign. Bad sign, he had already ordered a drink. Urgh, now ordering without me, did he think I wasn’t going to show up or something? I was on time, not late, so already I don’t see where he is coming from. Seriously, does noone have any dating etiquette anymore? Please let me know if it is just me!!! Well, the date ends up going pleasantly enough, we actually had a great time despite the initial weirdness, but then there’s the story about date #2…..
